Join us for a laid-back evening of Mead & Music at Funktastic Mead! Sip, relax, and vibe to live tunes by the talented Damian Allen, performing an acoustic set filled with soulful sounds and good energy.

Mead is one of the world’s oldest fermented beverages, made by blending honey with water and fermenting it, sometimes with fruits, spices, or herbs. The result? A smooth, flavorful drink that’s part wine, part magic, and totally delicious.
Expect great drinks, great company, and a cozy, musical night out. Whether you’re a mead enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this is the perfect way to unwind and discover something new in RVA’s local scene.
This is a Special Event. All Trying to Adult RVA events require tickets or access passes, available exclusively through the Trying to Adult RVA website. Members can unlock free or discounted access passes depending on their membership tier. Non-members are welcome to join by purchasing an individual access pass. Spots must be claimed in advance, and you must have a ticket from the Trying to Adult RVA website to secure your place. RSVPing on any other platform does not guarantee your spot.
