Tuk Tuk Tour – City Sights

See what Richmond is all about! This is a 2 hour private tour that hits all the highlights of Richmond including Monument Ave, Kehinde Wiley’s “Rumors of War”, the Capital, Hollywood Cemetery, St. John’s Church, and more.

A Tuk Tuk is a motorized vehicle commonly used for transportation in many Asian countries. It is a small, open-sided vehicle with three wheels and a passenger cabin.

Tuk Tuks are renowned for their maneuverability and ability to navigate through congested city streets with ease. In addition to serving as taxis or private transportation, Tuk Tuks have also gained popularity as tourist attractions, offering guided tours that allow visitors to explore the city’s landmarks, cultural sites, and hidden gems in a unique and exciting way.

Price to join this event is $50 for premium members and $55 for everyone else. Gratuity for our tour guides is already included! Space is limited to 12 people.

We will meet at the parking near the Jefferson. The lot will have plenty of spots but does cost $2/hour. There is also street parking available. Please read posted signage. Address to meeting point & paid parking: Downtown Public Parking 59 S. Jefferson St.

We will be departing at 5:30 sharp!!!! Come early as we won’t be able to wait for late arrivals.

REFUND POLICY – PLEASE READ BELOW!

Once you purchase a ticket, you are expected to show for that event. If you can no longer attend, you are responsible for finding a replacement.  The replacement must be a current Trying to Adult RVA member unless otherwise approved by someone on the leadership team.  It doesn’t matter if they are a regular member or premium member.  The best way to find a replacement is to post a comment on the specific Meetup event page.  Once you find a replacement, message Sam and she will assist with the exchange.  If you cannot find someone to claim your spot, you will forfeit the cost paid.
