Join us for an elegant afternoon at the stunning Jefferson Hotel.
Each of their distinctive dining experiences are steeped in the Southern influences of Richmond’s food culture and our commitment to locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. Their menus feature seasonal creations and perennial favorites, each crafted for maximum freshness and flavor with a special attention to detail. Gracious and knowledgeable service bring visitors and local residents back again and again to share a meal with friends and family at a Richmond landmark, The Jefferson Hotel.
Afternoon tea will include:
- Assorted Finger Sandwiches
- Freshly Baked Scones served with Devonshire Cream and Strawberry Preserves
- A Selection of Pastries and Tea Breads
- Choice of Tea
You ticket price includes all of the above plus tax and gratuity. All you have to do is show up after purchasing your ticket. Price to join this event is $58 for premium members and $60 for everyone else. Space is limited to 12 people.

Guests of afternoon tea are invited to self-park at no charge. Valet parking is also available at a cost of $15.00.
REFUND POLICY – PLEASE READ BELOW!
Once you purchase a ticket, you are expected to show for that event. If you can no longer attend, you are responsible for finding a replacement. The replacement must be a current Trying to Adult RVA member unless otherwise approved by someone on the leadership team. It doesn’t matter if they are a regular member or premium member. The best way to find a replacement is to post a comment on the specific Meetup event page. Once you find a replacement, message Sam and she will assist with the exchange. If you cannot find someone to claim your spot, you will forfeit the cost paid.
