Cooking Class: Pizza & Mozzarella

Join us for a delicious cooking class at Hobby Hill where we will learn how to make fresh mozzarella and pizza. Mozzarella is a universal cheese that is perfect alone, delicious with tomatoes, basil and balsamic or as a topping to Pizza. Before we start the cheese making we will start our pizza dough from scratch allowing our dough to rise.  After our cheese is made then we will make, bake and enjoy our pizza.

You will make pizza to enjoy for lunch together and will have a mozzarella kit to take home along with recipes and new knowledge to make delicious pizza at home.

Price for this event is $60 for premium members and $65 for everyone else. Space is limited to 30.

Please note that Hobby Hill is located in Powhatan so please leave time to commute.

Parking: Hobby Hill is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking!

REFUND POLICY – PLEASE READ BELOW!

Once you purchase a ticket, you are expected to show for that event. If you can no longer attend, you are responsible for finding a replacement.  The replacement must be a current Trying to Adult RVA member unless otherwise approved by someone on the leadership team.  It doesn’t matter if they are a regular member or premium member.  The best way to find a replacement is to post a comment on the specific Meetup event page.  Once you find a replacement, message Sam and she will assist with the exchange.  If you cannot find someone to claim your spot, you will forfeit the cost paid.
