Belle Isle Spring Stroll: Explore Richmond’s Scenic Beauty
Join us for a delightful springtime adventure as we kick off our 2024 RVActive Events with a stroll through the natural splendor of Belle Isle and take in the iconic views from the Suspension Bridge in Richmond, Virginia. As the weather warms and nature comes to life, there’s no better time to explore this historic and picturesque gem nestled in the heart of the city.
The trail around Belle Isle is 1.3 miles, is rated easy for difficulty level, and generally takes about half an hour to complete, plus the additional time and distance of the suspension bridge.
Potential notes of caution: the suspension bridge does go out over the water and is quite high so please be aware if height is a concern for you. Additionally there are likely to be dogs on the trail.
Parking:

Meeting Point:
We will meet at the the Belle Isle parking lot, which is located at the corner of Tredegar Street and Brown’s Island Way. From there, we will go to the bridge access that will take us across to Belle Isle.
Weather:
This event may be cancelled due to inclement weather. The event host will make the call one hour prior to the start of the event. If the event is cancelled all paid tickets will be refunded.
Tickets:
This event is free for all members and $5 for non-members. All attendees must have a confirmed ticket to attend.
